What are the duties of a Real Estate Agent?

Do I have to pay any fees while I work for a brokerage firm?

When you work as an agent, you will work under a supervising broker, and you will get paid from their commission earnings. You may have to pay for marketing materials, desk fees, business cards, tech fees, etc. Apart from that, you may have to pay one-time and continuing expenses like license renewal, lockbox fees, continuing education, listing service membership etc.
